Hop on your bike and join Postman François on the Salt Road!

Follow the trails between vineyards and salt marshes for a guaranteed change of scenery in the heart of the marshes, home to a rich variety of flora and fauna.
You'll discover the authenticity of a craft with a long history!

- Schedule: dates and times of outings are announced at least 10 days before departure;
- Starting point :

- 23 km return bike ride + 1 km walk ;
- Possibility of buying salt on site;
- Bike not supplied (opt for safety by renting a serviced bike) ;
- Helmets mandatory for children under 13;
- The Highway Code also applies to cyclists. To ensure everyone's safety, a safety briefing will be held before departure: cyclists must obey the rules, and everyone is responsible for their own safety throughout the ride;
- Recommended for cyclists aged 7 and over;
- Remember to bring a hat and a bottle of water (there's no shade on the marshes);
- No toilet facilities on site: please make arrangements before departure.

Free for children up to 6 years of age, transported in a trailer or child seat.
Minors wishing to participate must be accompanied by at least one legal guardian.
