"Hypnotic. That's the word that best sums up the Butterflies Trio of saxophonist Frédéric Borey, a musician renowned for his collaborations with Lionel Loueke, Billy Cobham, Biréli Lagrène and Michel Legrand.
Surrounded by Damien Varaillon on double bass and Stéphane Adsuar on drums, the trio is now celebrating its 8ᵉ year of existence, boasting over 200 concerts.
Between original compositions and revisited jazz standards, Butterflies Trio offers intense, sensitive and deeply inhabited music."
