Map of Ile de Ré and its cycling network

Cycling is undoubtedly the best way to explore the island of Ré, and what better way to get around than with a map of the cycling network, listing viewpoints, points of interest, a table of distances between villages and other practical information?

If you’d like to take your own map and set off along the trails in complete safety, don’t hesitate to download your copy or pick one up from your local tourist office.

Local tips for a great vacation: I don’t stop on the tracks, which are sometimes not very wide, I try to find a clearer space on the side to stop, I ride in single file, I don’t use the main roads that are busy with cars, dangerous and/or forbidden to bikes, such as the D735, D201, D102…I don’t ride in the dunes, I don’t damage nature, I don’t leave garbage lying around, I park my bike in the racks provided for this purpose and in such a way as not to impede the movement of pedestrians, baby carriages, emergency equipment, etc. Bring water, a cap, sun cream or a k-way, and some emergency equipment.
